Due to a large increase in local population with new building development, we are only able to register new patients who live with in our practice boundary.
Please use the map below to check if you live within the practice boundary. You can also check with the reception team.
If you move to an address outside of this boundary, we will ask you to register at a local practice. After 6 weeks, we will deduct you from our list. The only exception to this would be where a patient has exceptional circumstances and where referrals have been made and care is yet to be transferred to the hospital and continuity in the short term is important. An appeals process is not available for out-of-area registration denial, as it is aligned with NHS guidelines. This policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its continued alignment with NHS rules and guidelines.
