We are sorry to hear you are having a hard time currently.  We know that life will throw up challenges from time to time that will seem unmanageable.  There are a lot of services out there that can help you manage the situation and learn new coping skills that will help you to manage any future events.  We would like you to try these services as a first step as they are specifically trained to help.
