Four Towns and Vale Link Community Transport can help you get to and from your GP/Hospital appointments. They offer a ring-and-ride, door-to-door service. They also take people on regular shopping trips and community trips out to places such as pub lunches and garden centres. They have a range of vehicles ranging from volunteer drivers, right through to people carriers, to larger wheelchair accessible vehicles. To become a member, all you need to do is fill out a registration form, which you can pick up at your GP reception and pay a small registration fee. For further details call their friendly team on 01454 419 372 or visit their website

Are you aged over 50 with a few hours to spare?

We have joined up with RSVP West to start a new volunteer group in the Practice to help and support our patients who are housebound, lonely or frail.

A member of RSVP West will get in touch with you to discuss further details.
