SURGERY DOORS ARE CLOSED UNLESS YOU HAVE A PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT
In order to reduce risk of covid infection to patients and staff, please only come to the surgery if you have a pre-booked appointment. The Surgery remains open and continues to provide medical care and advice. However, this will be done largely by telephone or video consultation. Where a GP feels it is urgent that you are seen, we will invite you down. To reduce covid transmission risk and to protect our vulnerable patients, the front desk receptions are closed to queries.
If you need to contact the surgery:
– Phone: 0117 979 9430 (lines open from 0800-1230 and 1330-1830)
– Please use NHS App or Patient Access app to order repeat medications
- Reception Team [email protected]
- Prescribing Team [email protected]
- Secretaries [email protected]
- Nursing Team [email protected]
Please leave any mail or prescription requests in the letter box.
If you are called down for a face to face appointment, please read our respiratory clinic guide for more information.
