NHSE MMR vaccination recall and text messages – Feb 24

MMR Vaccination Recall:  NHS England have reviewed patient records and they have recalled those who do not have 2 MMR vaccinations documented on their electronic records. This text message is being sent out by Bridge View Medical Centre as part of a mass vaccination scheme. If you receive this message, please follow the link attached to book in for these vaccines at a mass vaccination site near you. We are unable to give these at the moment.  If you believe you have had these vaccines, please contact us via Klinik and we can manually review your records to double check.

Additionally, please be aware NHSE has sent patients text messages saying they may not have received the MMR vaccine. However, for some patients this may have been sent as an error due to the data reconciliation issue. The text message states patients should contact their GP surgery to confirm their records and book an appointment. Please note this may result in fully vaccinated patients contacting the surgery. Please check your red books or the NHS app before phoning.  Many thanks
