Healthy world

We live at a time when circumstances and history beckon us to a broader understanding of health as we achieve a greater understanding of the place of human beings within the world, the planet.....the Kosmos. KOSMOS is an ancient Greek term meaning the harmony and beauty of the universe in which all parts have their place within the Whole. It encourages humanity’s alignment with the unchanging Ground of Being and the evolutionary organic forces of Nature. It calls for an integral approach to health that embraces body, mind, soul and spirit evolving in consciousness, cultures, worldviews, institutions and nations toward a new civilization.

This section seeks to inform, inspire and engage individual and collective participation in a global shift of a consciousness or awakening, and in the transformation of our political, economic, cultural and social structures inh the direction of health for all people, for women, men and children of every colour, race, religion, geographical place and economic development.

Individual and community health also relates to the politics of health and we include here sections on local and national health politics and the organisations that offer healthcare.
