Doctors and staff
Medical practice is very much about teamwork. To provide an efficient and high quality service to our patients a team of doctors and staff with a wide range of skills and special interests are involved. Each member of the team is qualified for their role and has a commitment to continuous personal and professional development with regular appraisal.
Management
The practice is managed by six practice partners - five GP partners and the practice manager who is a partner. They are ably supported by an assistant practice manager.

There are five GP full partners working in the practice, together with five assistant GP's. From time to time there will also be locum GP's working in the practice.

Attached Staff
An excellent team of attached staff - district nurses, health visitors and midwives - work with the practice to provide care in the areas of home nursing, palliative care, pregnancy and antenatal care, child care and care of the elderly. These staff are not directly employed by the practice but are attached to the practice by the PCT to provide their particular areas of expertise on behalf of our patients. Referral to these staff will usually take place via the GP's or other members of the team.
